Objective, Vision and Mission

Cas di Cultura is the beating heart of arts and culture on Aruba. Through the organization, presentation, and promotion of all facets of artistic expression, we aim to inspire. Our vision is to be the cultural and artistic heart of the community—a place where creativity thrives, traditions are honored, and new ideas take shape.

We open our doors to the world around us, embracing society and its evolving stories, and offering a stage for voices both familiar and new. Through performances, concerts, exhibitions, debates, and educational programmes, we bring people together in moments of shared experience, whether in the intimacy of a small gathering or the vibrancy of a full house.

Cas di Cultura is more than a theater. With the Rufo Wever Music School, dedicated exhibition space, and dance studios, we provide a home for expression in all its forms. Here, children discover the magic of the stage, emerging artists share their craft, and residents and visitors alike find inspiration, connection, and joy.

In a time when the need to meet, share, and reflect is greater than ever, we strive to remain a guiding light, a mirror to the community, and a source of inspiration. We journey alongside our audience, offering programmes and spaces that resonate with every stage of life, today and for generations to come.
